Big Blue developed the website for this labour rights programme that encourages stakeholders to adopt contracts that respect the rights of workers in global supply chains.
RCP was established in 2022 by leading members of the American Bar Association Business Law Section Working Group to Draft Model Contract Clauses to Protect Human Rights in International Supply Chains (the ABA Working Group). The ABA Working Group published the Model Contract Clauses 2.0 (the MCCs) and the Responsible Purchasing Code of Conduct (the Buyer Code) in Spring 2021. These tools now form the basis of the RCP Toolkit.
Big Blue has developed the website based on the content and designs provided by the Rutgers team. The website content was added according to the specifications of the Rutgers team including various sections on the website for the project itself, the actual RCP toolkit which is a dynamic product that can be adapted to suit the needs and purposes of different businesses, pages and sections for upcoming and past events and media including podcasts and publications.
Big Blue has maintained a responsive technical support system to promptly address any issues or inquiries related to the RCP website. This includes providing timely assistance to troubleshoot technical problems, addressing website-related queries, and offering solutions to ensure the smooth functioning of the website.
