Story
The Africa Regional Collaborative Platform provides policy support and access to expertise at the service of the specific needs and priorities of each region and in support of the work of Resident Coordinators and UN country teams at the country level.
Starting in February 2023, Big Blue’s team collaborated with the Africa RCP team throughout most of 2023 to design and also finalise the content for the report.
Approach
Upon receiving the first draft of the annual report, our team started working on the overall design of the report. Our designers created an InDesign template to ensure smooth progress. With creative freedom, we utilised our experience to produce an attractive and easy-to-read document. We revamped the cover page to align with UN branding guidelines and proceeded with the rest of the document.
Using an iterative review approach, we regularly sent drafts to the client, incorporated their feedback, and continued this process. Throughout, we diligently reviewed and proofread the document to ensure error-free text and formatting.
Results
The designed and finalised version of the report was handed over to the Africa RCP team in November 2023.
