Then we move to focused discussion areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below is guidance to help you prepare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The interview will be 30-40 minutes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We offer the options of a video or an in-person interview<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the interview is on video: Be in a quiet, well-lit area with a reliable Internet connection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be ready to tell us about your interest in the role and culture at Big Blue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be ready to talk us through the main points in your CV<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be ready to share projects, portfolios, and other materials on your screen if needed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare 2 case studies of your work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Feel free to ask questions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Our team shares interview discussion areas with job candidates before interviews. We do this so you have time to prepare a core set of ideas to discuss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We may also share additional questions with you over email before the interview.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Below is a list of potential discussion areas. If so, which ones?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tell us about a favorite project, what you did, and the feedback that you received<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tell us about a big idea that you developed and implemented at a previous place of work or study<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tell us what you could do with us in your first 30 days and 90 days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are very interested in working with individuals who can think in terms of systems.
