Responsibilities

  • Identify great talent, and grow our talent pools internationally
  • Provide high-quality, cost-efficient recruitment services
  • Assist senior management team to nurture a culture of effectiveness, performance, productivity, and creativity
  • Showcase our culture to external audiences, including potential talent, clients, and prospective clients
  • Coach senior management team to ensure leading-edge performance and talent management processes that help us to grow internationally
  • Support organisational reporting of planning, budgets, and performance
  • Support/ lead community calendar, teammate appreciation activities, training, and learning and development opportunities
  • Lead training sessions for new teammates and clients
  • Assist technical teammates to draft training modules
  • Lead onboarding processes for new teammates
  • Play a supporting role in other areas such as business management, relationship management, and project coordination

Requirements

  • Strong desire to work with a growing digital team and help us create a culture that will make an impact on the world
  • 3+ years background in a similar role
  • Extremely high demonstrated English communication skills is speaking, presenting, and writing
  • Educational background in HR management, psychology, or business management
  • Previous experience on a digital services team is a plus
  • Previous training workshop delivery experience is a plus
  • Always kind, accommodating, and helpful to teammates and clients
  • Passionate about support to people, planet, and animals
  • “Get things done” mindset
