This position is based at our office in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Role
You will support the delivery of digital projects. These include digital campaigns, design productions, publication productions, branding projects, and film productions. You will deliver unforgettable customer service experiences. You will coordinate and energise our teammates.
Project coordinators are scouts, conductors, and champions. They clear the path ahead. They are a daily representative of culture and values.
You will support the full project life cycle. That includes relationship-building, proposals, timelines, edits, launch and follow-up services.

Your day at work
- Act as point person for our partners
- Respond to partners’ support requests within minutes
- Arrange and lead meetings
- Ensure accountability of project teams’ resourcing, deliverables, and time management
- Quality check products such as design drafts before you share with partners
- Ensure project products are delivered to highest satisfaction
- Prepare project documents including scopes of work, proposals, and project reports
- Share insights and reports with team directors
- Share ideas for new projects, growth, and improvements

Requirements
- 2-4 years project management experience with a digital, creative, or marketing/ communications team
- Portfolio of successful delivery of previous digital creative projects
- Case studies of partner/ client management and stakeholder management internationally
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Flawless English writing and presentation skills
- Absolute commitment to great service
- Incredible drive, productivity and ability to motivate others
- University degree related to business management, project management, or marketing/ communications
Terms
- To start as soon as possible
- Sunday-Thursday work schedule
- 2 Eid bonuses each of 50% monthly salary paid after 6 months
- Monthly travel allowance when offices are open (outside pandemic circumstances)
