Story
The Prevention Collaborative is a team of experienced practitioners and researchers who have come together to enhance the connection between local and global knowledge, in order to prevent violence against women and their children.
Big Blue offers tech support services, including website and server management, webinar support, WCAG 2.1 accessibility compliance, and search engine optimisation.
Approach
Big Blue’s team was selected to become a technical support partner to Prevention Collaborative. Support includes making visual and technical changes to the websites such as updating the courses in the learning lab, improving accessibility and the overall loading times of the sites, image and search engine optimisation and resolving general technical issues that the Prevention Collaborative team come across from time to time. A more recent task that we have taken on is changing the hosting for both sites to increase storage capacity and improve loading times.
