Big Blue designed and implemented a three-phase strategy which involved meticulous preparation, live event coverage, and post-conference storytelling. Big Blue formulated a new visual identity and messaging toolkit which would establish a cohesive brand and communication outlook for the Civil Society Forum months in advance of the event. Alongside this, a media training workshop which sought to strengthen the team’s capacity in handling press engagement and crisis communications had also been delivered.
Big Blue provided on-the-ground support through real-time videography, photography, and live updates across various digital platforms during the Seville conference. Daily highlight videos, interviews, and social media posts which captured key moments further amplified advocacy communications to a global audience. Big Blue further produced a legacy storytelling video and an impact report which documented the collective’s presence, reach, and outcomes following the event, creating a lasting record of the civil society’s contributions to FfD4.
