We partnered with CLARE (Climate Adaptation and Resilience) to design and develop a knowledge management platform to house information related to climate-based research projects and also have a system in place for knowledge sharing and communication between CLARE project teams.
The CLARE Knowledge Management platform project is an online knowledge management platform that contains information on climate-related research projects to support the management of knowledge within the CLARE programme. The goal of this platform is to make knowledge management and collaboration between CLARE stakeholders as easy and seamless as possible. External audiences active in climate science, adaptation, and resilience will also have the ability to view information on the public-facing version of the platform.
Big Blue’s team was actively involved in the design and development of the platform. The platform went live near the end of 2023.
Big Blue was involved in both the design and development of the CLARE knowledge management platform. Starting in April 2023 and continuing till the end of 2023. We were able to agree on a design style for the overall website and begin development by mid-2023.
Most of the work related to the website was completed by the end of 2023. In early 2024, Big Blue’s team also conducted a few training sessions for the CLARE team to familiarise them with the platform.
The final result is a knowledge management platform for climate-based research projects that will simplify the sharing, storing, and exchange of information among CLARE project teams and at the same time provide access to external audiences as well.
