Story

Big Blue partnered with Shujaaz Kenya to upskill its social media management team as digital campaigns grew in scale and complexity. The focus was on strengthening strategic thinking, ad management, and performance analysis to support more effective digital campaigning across Meta platforms.

Approach

Big Blue designed and delivered a series of interactive virtual workshops combining hands-on training with practical exercises. The training sessions focused on audience-led targeting, advanced social media practices, ad management, and live campaign reporting, using real Shujaaz campaign data and personas.

Results

After receiving training from Big Blue, the Shujaaz team successfully applied new targeting and reporting techniques to live campaigns, increasing engagement and reach. The workshops built long-term capacity, enabling the Shujaaz team to independently plan, execute, and evaluate high-performing digital campaigns.
