Story

Big Blue was engaged by SAJIDA Foundation to support the launch and future growth of the Gender Champions Network (GCN) — a nationwide initiative meant to instill gender equality within Bangladesh’s burgeoning workforce. The main objective was to develop a cohesive brand identity and engagement strategy to draw in new member organizations, bolster communication for the network’s value proposition, and sustain participation through meaningful and structured operations throughout the year.

Approach

Big Blue developed a strategic roadmap for the Gender Champions Network (GCN) that covered the pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases. Work for the roadmap included comprehensive pre-launch research, design of a client acquisition and onboarding strategy, and plans for a high-visibility launch event. Big Blue also created a detailed annual activity calendar for member organizations to ensure continued engagement and quantifiable impact.

Results

Big Blue’s finalised Gender Champions Network (GCN) strategy and brand materials resulted in SAJIDA Foundation being well-positioned to launch the network accompanied by a cohesive identity and a clear engagement plan.
